Powerstores is committed to providing reliable and convenient delivery of solar products to customers across Kenya.

Delivery Coverage

We offer countrywide delivery across Kenya.

For deliveries within Nairobi, orders may be delivered using our riders or drivers depending on the size, nature and location of the order.

Customers may also arrange to collect their orders from our shop at Barkat Biashara Mall, Kumasi Road, opposite Simba Coach, Nairobi.

For locations outside Nairobi, we generally dispatch orders through Speedaf Logistics or another suitable courier or transport provider where necessary. Where an order is sent through Speedaf Logistics, customers will normally collect their parcel from the nearest applicable Speedaf office or collection point. Collection details will be communicated to the customer after dispatch.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are not included in the product price unless expressly stated otherwise.

The applicable delivery fee depends on factors such as the customer’s location, size and weight of the order, and the delivery method required. Customers will be informed of the applicable delivery charge when confirming their order.

Delivery Time

For orders within Nairobi, delivery is typically completed on the same day or within 1 business day after order confirmation, subject to stock availability and the time the order is placed.

For orders outside Nairobi, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.

Delivery timelines for bulky, special-order, or products requiring special transport arrangements will be communicated to the customer before dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other logistical disruptions.

Order Confirmation

Customers should provide an accurate delivery location and working telephone number when placing an order.

For some orders, our team may contact the customer to confirm product availability, delivery details and applicable delivery charges before dispatch.

Receiving Your Order

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery and confirm that the products received correspond with the order placed.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact Powerstores as soon as possible so that we can assist.

Large or Special Orders

Large solar systems, solar panels, batteries, solar water pumps and other bulky or specialized orders may require special transport arrangements. Our team will advise the customer about delivery arrangements and charges before dispatch.
