Delivery Coverage

We offer countrywide delivery across Kenya.

For deliveries within Nairobi, orders may be delivered using our riders or drivers depending on the size, nature and location of the order.

For locations outside Nairobi, we generally dispatch orders through Speedaf Logistics or another suitable courier or transport provider where necessary.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are not included in the product price unless expressly stated otherwise.

The applicable delivery fee depends on factors such as the customer’s location, size and weight of the order, and the delivery method required. Customers will be informed of the applicable delivery charge when confirming their order.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on product availability, destination and the delivery method used.

We aim to dispatch confirmed orders as quickly as reasonably possible. However, delivery times provided to customers are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather, road conditions or other logistical factors.

Order Confirmation

Customers should provide an accurate delivery location and working telephone number when placing an order.

For some orders, our team may contact the customer to confirm product availability, delivery details and applicable delivery charges before dispatch.

Receiving Your Order

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery and confirm that the products received correspond with the order placed.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact Powerstores as soon as possible so that we can assist.

Large or Special Orders

Large solar systems, solar panels, batteries, solar water pumps and other bulky or specialized orders may require special transport arrangements. Our team will advise the customer about delivery arrangements and charges before dispatch.
