1HP AC/DC Hybrid Solar Submersible Water Pump – 80M Head

1HP AC/DC Hybrid Solar Submersible Water Pump – 80M Head, 5000L/H

The 1HP AC/DC Hybrid Solar Submersible Water Pump is a reliable water pumping solution for boreholes, farms, homes, livestock watering and irrigation systems. Its hybrid design allows the pump to operate using both DC solar power and AC electricity, giving you greater flexibility when pumping water.

Powered by an 800W (1.0HP) motor, the pump delivers a maximum flow rate of 5,000 litres per hour. It can achieve a maximum head of 80 metres, making it suitable for applications that require water to be pumped from considerable depths.

AC/DC Hybrid Operation

Unlike a standard DC-only solar pump, this model provides the flexibility of AC and DC power operation. During sunny conditions, the pump can utilize power from solar panels. AC electricity can provide an alternative power source when required.

This makes the pump ideal for users who want the savings of solar pumping without relying entirely on solar power.

High Water Flow

The pump delivers up to 5.0m³/h (5,000 litres per hour) under suitable operating conditions. This capacity makes it suitable for filling storage tanks, supplying livestock, irrigating crops and providing water for domestic or farm use.

High Pumping Head

With a maximum head of 80 metres and a recommended working head of 0–59 metres, the pump is suitable for boreholes and other water sources where significant vertical lifting is required.

Recommended Solar Configuration

For solar operation, the recommended configuration is:

• 2 × 550W solar panels
• Total recommended solar capacity: 1,100W

Correct panel sizing helps provide sufficient power for reliable pump performance during suitable sunlight conditions.
